From March to August 1, 2009, US faculty and professionals are invited to apply for Fulbright scholar grants. Complimentary subscriptions are also available for The Global Citizen, the Fulbright Scholar Program's new, monthly e-newsletter. The Fulbright Program, sponsored by the US Department of State's Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs, is the US government's flagship international exchange program.
