D.J. Case & Associates is seeking input from practicing educators throughout the nation for an education portal. Qualified teachers and educators who take the survey and refer a qualified peer to take the survey, will earn a chance to win a $500 grant that can be used for any classroom materials or education programs. Each time a qualified teacher enters your name on the survey, you earn another chance to win the $500 grant. Following selection of the grant winner, all contact information will be discarded.
