In partnership with Mount Rainier National Park, University of Washington has created the Mount Rainier Institute. Mount Rainier Institute is a new residential environmental education program. Our mission is to provide outstanding nature-based education experiences that are rooted in science and nurture the next generation of environmental stewards and leaders. We are looking for skilled and experienced educators to help establish a solid program with one of the nation’s iconic National Parks.

Oxbow Farm seeks an Education Programming intern to assist with ALL aspects of our farm-based educational programs, but with a special focus on program coordination. This intern will work with our educational farmers in scheduling and leading school field trip tours, assisting with coordination and instructing during our weeks of summer camp, educating the public at our farm festivals, and cultivating and maintaining our 1-acre Kids' Farm and Living Playground and 4-acre pumpkin patch. Housing potential.

This intern will work with Education Farmer to oversee cultivation and maintenance of our 1-acre Kids’ Farm and Living Playground and 4 acre pumpkin patch, assist with leading school field trip tours, instruction during our weeks of summer camp, and public education at our seasonal festivals. Option for on-farm housing.

Trout Unlimited is looking for someone to fill a national-level position with responsibilities for supporting volunteer leaders and youth program participants across the country. Ideal candidates will have a background in K-12 education (with preference given for experience creating curriculum and managing field-based environmental or science education initiatives). The position location is negotiable, with a preference for candidates in the upper Midwest, Southwest or Pacific Northwest United States.
