Sound Experience sails the historic schooner Adventuress to educate, inspire and empower an inclusive community for the future of our marine environment. We are seeking a shipboard Relief Program Coordinator/Educator/Deckhand from June 20, 2015 to Nov 1, 2015. Sail in the beautiful San Juan Islands and Puget Sound on the 133’ historic vessel while teaching youth and adults on day and overnight programs.

An IslandWood internship provides a wonderful opportunity to be a part of an exciting educational environment. IslandWood provides exceptional learning experiences and inspires lifelong environmental and community stewardship. In the summers, we run 6 weeks of summer camps for kids from 1st - 6th grades at the Brightwater Center, located in Woodinville, WA. As a Summer Camp Intern, you will work with a Summer Camp Instructor to provide hands-on outdoor experiences.

Oxbow Farm seeks an Education Programming intern to assist with ALL aspects of our farm-based educational programs, but with a special focus on program coordination. This intern will work with our educational farmers in scheduling and leading school field trip tours, assisting with coordination and instructing during our weeks of summer camp, educating the public at our farm festivals, and cultivating and maintaining our 1-acre Kids' Farm and Living Playground and 4-acre pumpkin patch. Oxbow Farm seeks a Kids’ Farm intern to assist with ALL aspects of our farm-based educational programs, but with a special focus on farm work. This intern will work with Education Farmer to oversee cultivation and maintenance of our 1-acre Kids’ Farm and Living Playground and 4 acre pumpkin patch, assist with leading school field trip tours, instruction during our weeks of summer camp, and public education at our seasonal festivals. Option for on-farm housing.
