Candidates should have at least a Bachelors degree, management skills, specific project skills, a minimum of five years of youth corps experience, and administrative/financial experience. The National Environmental Education Development Collaborative serves 5th grade students. It is a collaboration of the Cape Cod National Seashore and the school districts of Falmouth, Monomoy, and Dennis-Yarmouth. The program was established in the early 1970's to help school children to understand their total environment, its many interdependent relationships, and their part in it. The goals of the program also include nurturing personal growth, positive peer interactions, and independence.
