It is a collaboration of the Cape Cod National Seashore and the school districts of Falmouth, Monomoy, and Dennis-Yarmouth. The program was established in the early 1970's to help school children to understand their total environment, its many interdependent relationships, and their part in it. The goals of the program also include nurturing personal growth, positive peer interactions, and independence.
