The primary goal of this program is to help young people overcome personal barriers and realize their full potential for success at home, in school, and in life. From social skills training to recreational activities, we work with these boys in hopes of enabling them to trust, grow, and lead. Staff will have flexible work schedules, and there will be many chances to acquire training and experience that add to an instructor’s knowledge.
