The Teacher Naturalist will spend part time teaching PreK through grade six programs to youth, families, teachers and volunteers in accordance with Mass Audubon’s educational philosophy, goals, standards, and practices; and part time administering the Joppa Flats Summer Camp as the Camp Director. Courageous Sailing Center is seeking a creative, engaging Environmental Education Program Coordinator capable of continuing our current EE program that integrates applied science learning with our Summer Youth Program sailing lessons. Many of the students that attend the Summer Youth Program do not have other opportunities to spend times outdoors or experience nature up-close. Therefore, it is crucial that we introduce environmental education carefully and encourage life-long learning experiences.
