The Morton Arboretum seeks 5-8 part-time Education Program Guides to implement nature discovery programs for schools, scouts, and families by using the Arboretum’s natural resources. Help children discover the basic science concepts related to plant and animal life, interrelationships among species, and human influences on the environment, through engaging interpretive techniques and by following education program outlines.

Lorado Taft Field Campus is a residential outdoor education and conference center located in northern Illinois. The primary responsibility of the education program specialist is to teach classes in the outdoors to upper elementary and middle school students.

The Mighty Acorns Partnership Coordinator/Urban Conservation Educator will support the work of the Youth Conservation Action team in the Field Museum’s Science Action Center and provide leadership for the Chicago Wilderness (www.chicagowilderness.org) Mighty Acorns Partnership and directly support the Field Museum's Calumet Mighty Acorns program for 4-6th graders.
