This is a full time exempt position responsible for developing, implementing and managing Olympic Park Institute's field research and monitoring projects in conjunction with the goals of the Olympic Park Institute, the needs of the Olympic National Park and the strategic plan of the NatureBridge at large. These projects support inquiry-based learning opportunities for students while often meeting monitoring needs of Olympic National Park. This position also plays a critical role for NatureBridge in the implementation of strategic goals related to teaching about ecosystem monitoring and model program development inclusive of field science data collection and service learning.

Education activities led by this position could include: developing curriculum and data collection protocols, field science investigations, staff training, conference presentations, classroom teaching, and event planning. This position will report to the Education Director at Olympic Park Institute and is based in Olympic National Park, outside of Port Angeles, Washington.
